comsol run very slowly with 200 materials

HI

I am doing research on electrical resistivity tomagraphy. I tried to use comsol. But it run very slowly when i have more than 200 materials.

In my model, I have 216 blocks with 216 kinds of materials. Attached is the .mph file. Could you give me some advice?
