Unexpected error

Hi every body,

I am using Comsol 4.2a.
I would like to modify material constants but when I try to do it appears "An unexpected error as occurred".
I try to make a new file with only one rectangle and I assign it as Quartz and I obtain the same response if I woulld like to modify it's properties.
