I am a new Comsol user. I have been trying to observe the cooling of the copper cylinder in the model 148, after a short period of heating. I tried to adapt the Icoil variable at the Single-Turn Coil Domain 1 as I0*(t<=10000)+0*(t>10000). A was expecting to see the coil stop inducing heat and the cylinder start cooling after time t=10000. However, I get the following error:
The following feature has encountered a problem:
Repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity.
Time: 999.999999999991
Last time is not converged.
- Feature: Time-Dependent Solver1 (sol1/t1)
- Error: Repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity.
Could somebody please help me with this? Would be possible to introduce Icoil as a sinusoidal function?
